Free Classes & one-on-one assistance help people pursue employment & learn practical life-skills. Classes and workshops cover a variety of topics ranging from how to get a job, interview skills, and basic budgeting and financial management, as well as other practical life skills. By providing one-on-one assistance as follow-up to our classes and workshops, we support clients in pursuing their goals of completing job applications, updating resumes, preparing for interviews, and updating personal budgets.
Comprehensive needs assessment, goal-setting, and referrals to community resources help clients know how to move forward. One-on-one mentor relationships emphasize encouragement, accountability, and practical help.
MENTORING & CASE MANAGEMENT
This intensive, high-support, high-accountability 12-month program employs young adults in need of significant support and training. Program elements include work experience through our Social Enterprise, classes emphasizing fundamental job training and practical life skill development, outside education or vocational training, and internship opportunities with local business partners.
