Location: TTLM Office, Lake Jackson, TX

Status: Full Time, Ministerial

Compensation: $40,000- 45,000 annually (contingent upon education & experience)


What are we looking for?

The TTLM team is searching for an experienced, passionate professional to join our team of high-performers.  We are diligent, fervent, and relentless in serving the members of our community. The Student Services Coordinator MUST possess the drive, experience, and education to add value to our organization and duly serve our clients.

The Student Services Coordinator provides leadership concerning TTLM’s overall strategy with high school students and young adults, ensuring that the services provided create a catalyst for lasting life-change and transition to successful adulthood. The Student Services Coordinator ensures TTLM’s platform for serving students and young adults remains centered on the Gospel while maintaining high rates of effectiveness based on industry best practices and research. The Student Services Coordinator sets the direction and expectations for program outcomes, and provides the spiritual and professional support, and training team members need to effectively carry out the work of TTLM with high school students. The Student Services Coordinator leads strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with Brazosport ISD and other organizations to best serve our students and community. Additionally, the Student Services Coordinator leads the Job Training program for young adults, providing program oversight and direct supervision of Job Trainees. The Student Services Coordinator works with the Social Enterprise Coordinator, other TTLM staff, and volunteers to carry out all necessary aspects of the Job Training program. The Student Services Coordinator works with the Director of Client Services to monitor TTLM’s overall effectiveness in student and young adult programming.

Our next Student Services Coordinator needs to possess strong leadership skills along with the ability to coordinate the student services of TTLM in such a way that maintains our reputation of excellence and dependability internally and externally. We are looking for someone willing to go to the front-lines of major life-change, who has a proven track-record of facing challenges head-on, and who is motivated by Gospel-centered compassion.
