Founder & Vision Ambassador
Meredith is a speaker, author, and organization development strategist. In 2009, Meredith and her husband, David, saw many people trapped in the destructive cycles of poverty in their local community and founded True To Life Ministries. Meredith seriously loves Jesus, her family, and coffee.
Director of Client Services
Cari has a huge heart, a smile that can light up a room, and the most contagious laugh. Cari is passionate about helping people break cycles of poverty and move forward in their lives. In fact, she’s been on the front-lines of that work for more than a decade. Cari loves Jesus and her husband, LJ, and in her opinion adopting dogs, traveling to new places, and drinking good coffee are life essentials.
Student Services Coordinator
Stephen is a dreamer who loves with abandon and is quick to give a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen to people who are hurting and broken. In almost a decade of student ministry, he has had the privilege of serving thousands of students. You can find him running (half) marathons with his wife Jessica, on a sports field, or yelling at sports of some sort, both real and fantasy (but just because it’s fantasy doesn’t mean it’s not real!).
Leslie has dedicated her career to working with nonprofit organizations in Brazoria County where she has lead development and fundraising efforts, raising more than $7M for community-based programs. A girly-girl at heart, she is learning to love life as a boy-mom. Sports, outdoors, animals, and video games prevail at her home where she and her husband, Bo, are raising a household of future world-changers.
Social Enterprise Coordinator
Shane’s 20 years of retail experience and his heart for impacting the next generation brought him to TTLM for the purpose of overseeing Refresh Boutique and helping to launch TTLM’s Job Training Program. Shane bakes to-die-for chocolate chip cookies, loves spending time with family and friends, and serves as the worship pastor in his church.
Business & Operations Coordinator
Nancy traded her corporate career for a position at TTLM to combine her extensive background in finance and degree in business administration with her commitment to making a difference. She and her husband, Chad, spend their days loving on their three young sons, enjoying the outdoors, and restoring life to worn-out treasures (including their WWII home).
